When I started at a sign and wrap shop in January of 2017, I learned immediately how important it is for every job that came through our shop to be properly set up for production. I was the first line of defense for the installers, working at the table cutting big squares all day and weeding decals in-between. If I had a problem, every step after me had a problem. I soaked this information up for several years, and eventually thanks to my design background, my ability to adapt, and filling in at design and file setup when needed I became “the guy” for file setup at our shop.
